COLLECTIONS
At Lucas, Holcomb and Medrea,
our attorneys are dedicated to helping clients
resolve collection disputes. Our firm
developed its collection practice over 25 years ago.
Our attorneys have represented hospitals, physician
practice groups, insurance companies, small
businesses and individuals in their efforts to
collect monies due them. The practice focuses
exclusively on the representation of creditors in
Lake, Porter and LaPorte County Courts, municipal
courts in Lake County, as well as representation in
the Federal Bankruptcy Court. In most
instances we will represent our clients on a
contingent fee basis, although hourly arrangements
are available. |
