Lake Circuit Court magistrate 7/1/95 to 3/2/07: Served
hearing cases from motions to bench/jury trials in:
torts, eminent domain, contract and commercial
disputes, mental health, tax deeds/sales,
collections and almost all judicial settlement
conferences. Served almost exclusively in family law
from 7/1/95 through 12/31/03, maintaining entire
family law docket. Weighted caseload measure of
this work was 2.5 judges.
